part 2

As Lefty was en route to the swimming pond, he could barely make out through the fog a figure digging in a field of potatoes.  Suddenly a potatoe came flying right at his head; he ducked as it grazed his temple. "What do you mean by that!" Lefty exclaimed.  Paco came rushing through the fog at breakneck speed and tackled Lefty solidly.  "Are you crazy!? yelled Lefty. Paco then realized that the person he was attacking was not the local farm hand who had earlier driven over his potatoe pie.  "Oh, I'm sorrry, I thought you were someone else" apologized Paco.
"Jimeny Crickets!" cried Lefty, "I was minding my own business when you went...."

"Make way for Supreme Chancellor!" came the call. The two boys scurried off the road into a ditch full of mud just in time to not get run over by the carriage careening towards Dublin.  As the carriage went by, the boys saw two men in the carriage before a curtain was quickly drawn.  One man had an enormous red and gold robe on and he looked quite important yet quite bothered.  The other man sitting opposite of him had a great black cloak on and kept peeking out the window towards their origin.

New Story

There once was a small mexican boy who ran away from labor camps in Paraguay and found asylum in Ireland.  This boy's name was Alfondo Morrocco Guadelupe Hernando Martino Pinto Premavara Pizzarro Obamabush.  He would have liked to be called Paco by his friends, but he didn't have any friends and so everyone that actually yelled at him called him "nino" or "chico".  Then... one day... while digging for free potatoes in an Irish Field,  He met his first friend named Aristotle Sun Tzu LionHeart III, who actually was not a III and not even a II, sadly this boy was not even a I.  You see he was an orphan with no real name and every new foster home he found himself in gave him a different name when he arrived.  After dealing with these name changes for most of his youth,  He decided to name himself.  However, he had no friends either and so he was usually called Lefty because of his handedness and the patch over his right eye....

Back again and Better than ever

well.... Xanga lives on.  I am a man of my word and I will spare Xanga.  Pradeepan Jeevamanoharan (tried spelling, I think its right)  came out of nowhere and rescued this electronic medium from annihilation.  Pradeepan, you'll never know how you may have altered thousands or millions of lives.

The term "God Almighty" really doesn't convey the image of what its really saying.  I hear the hebrew should be translated more like "God of Hosts".  But even then, my first thoughts are of a choir and not what its really saying.  For modern translation as one author puts it-- the God of Angel Armies  or  God of armies made up of Angelic beings.  The God of the Warriors of Heaven.

Who is this God we serve?  He is just AND merciful.  I have been reading Ezekiel.  Give thanks that the Lord pours His Grace on those who call on the Name of Jesus.  One day the coin will show its other side, and Christ will return in Righteous Wrath.  One thing that really messed with the theology of the muslims in Egypt was the question of how can God be Just and Merciful at the same time?  Islam has no answer for that.  God is either being Merciful or Just at one time or another; but never both at the same time- somewhat of an oxymoron.

However, we know that  God is 100%  Justice in punishing sin (in Christ), and yet 100% merciful in offering a sin bearer for us (still in Christ).  Lets not forget the gravity of sin, while accepting the Free and FULL Grace of God.  Amen.

Xanga ? if you read this you are required to respond

I am checking to see who is still subscribed to my xanga and who still reads it.  So, If you read this please take 4.3 seconds and send me a little comment.

I am thinking about deleting the account.  I feel kind of like God when he decided to blow up some city or what not... how many righteous people are there who still read this xanga!?  If there are 40, will it quench my vengeance? 30? 20? 10?... yes 10.... if 10 people respond then I will keep the xanga alive and pardon its sin of not being the online journal of the century......  but if there are less than that..... Fire and Brimston!!!

Heavy Weight Kick-Boxing Champion of the World!

hey all those out there who still read this.  I don't really know what this post will be about but it should sure be entertaining if its going to be worth reading right?

Well my friend called me today very mysteriously and left a very short message... it said: "Be at the old farmer's train station in 5 minutes... Come quickly...Come alone"  I admit that I was quite alarmed by the message but also very curious.  so after I signed out for lunch I hopped into my car and started down the freeway.  Just after I entered the expressway, I saw a rather ominous black semi truck with tinted windows follow in behind me....  okay okay so I am making this up.  I actually wrote a paragraph more and then deleted it because i started to laugh.. it just got really foreboding... ha

so life is great and I feel in shape because I made a "win/win" deal with my girlfriend that if she shaved my head (which I love doing) then I would do a certain amount of pushups and situps every night.  so far so good.

I also have been watching the military channel ALOT (thanks nate and mateo for getting extra cable channels).  I find it fascinating to watch history lessons on WWI and WWII.  My other roomate tim was just commenting on how WWII seems like the last war we were involved in when the ideological battle lines were so clear cut.  Today we are all post-modern and thinking all the time, so no war can go undisputed.  I never really got into any debates on the war, and I don't plan too.  Usually I simply give alternate views depending on whatever side (for or against) is being championed.  I think this means that I just disagree with everybody.  So I don't know why any one would spend their time reading these ramblings of mine.  but i do appreciate it, if you have read this far.  I just finished reading C.S. Lewis a Horse and his Boy.  Its fascinating to me the skill that man had with ink and pen.  Its as if he is in the very room with you telling his own story.  Brilliant.  Now I am starting on the voyage of the dawn treader.  Its true what they say about titles of stories, they are so important! The dawn treader.  One who treads on the dawn.  Treading Dawn... again.  Want to tread the dawn with me? Brilliant.  Anyways!

Praise God for blessings!! As of today I am fully funded to go to Egypt!  Yay Jesus!

and stephanie says hi to all of you too.  Can I just say that she is the most wonderful, loving, caring,  fantastic girlfriend in the entire history of girlfriends... ever.
